Because of the pervading presence of toxins everywhere these days, detoxification has become a necessity if you want to keep leading a productive lifestyle. However, not everybody has the money or the time to enroll themselves in detox programs, so the need for a more accessible form of detox was addressed. One of the answers happens to be the concept of ionic foot bath.
Ionic foot bath works in such a way that the ions in your body are magnetized with electronic currents. You place your feet in an ordinary basin filled with clean water mixed with a little sea salt in it. The metal array or electrodes that are placed in the basin with your feet are supposed to perform an ion cleanse by a reverse osmosis system of magnetically drawing toxins from your entire body through the pores of your feet. The process, which normally lasts half an hour, should be relatively painless although some have commented that they experienced slight nausea and dizzy spells.
As you ion cleanse your body, its correct acid-alkaline ph balance is being restored. In the middle of the ionic foot bath, the formerly clean water will gradually change color depending on the organ being detoxified. The colors being manifested in the water during the ionic foot bath have the following associations:
· Yellow. This indicates that the bladder, kidney, and urinary tract are being detoxed.
· Orange. The ion cleanse is focusing on your joints, which when besieged with toxins can suffer from arthritis.
· Green. It is the gallbladder’s turn.
· Brown. The water turns to this color when tobacco and cellular debris are being eliminated. Some of those who have tried the ionic foot bath even claim to have smelled the tobacco odor from the water. Not only smokers can have tobacco toxins in their system. Those who have endured second-hand smoke can have them too.
· Black. The means that the liver, where toxins tend to accumulate the most, is being cleaned.
When the ionic foot bath produces white foam, it indicates that your lymph nodes are being drained. The scum that floats on the surface are most likely to be yeast from all the sugar you have consumed. The ion cleanse may also show red flecks, which comes from blood clot materials, and black ones, which are heavy metals that have amassed in your system from such things as vaccines and medicine. The ionic foot bath doesn’t draw the metals out of your feet in flecks, but the magnetization is supposed to gather the metals in the basin to solidify in this form.
Some skeptics have conducted experiments and were able to show that the water in the ionic foot bath changes colors even without feet in it. The colors, they say, are brought about by the metals from the electrodes reacting to the salt. Be that as it may, it still cannot be denied that numerous individuals attest to what ion cleanse sessions have done to their body. Simply try it out for yourself and see if you feel less stressed and more energized afterwards. The result, after all, is what’s important.
